I really wanted this to work for me, but the side effects ended up being too much. I tried to stick with it for a bit, hoping they’d settle down, but I just didn’t feel right while taking it. In the end, I decided to stop using it.

I used this for a few weeks hoping it would help my milk supply. I didn’t notice any change at all. Maybe it works for other people, but it didn’t work for me. The taste was also hard to get down. I was disappointed after seeing so many good reviews. I wouldn’t buy it again.

A few things just felt kind of basic to me, almost like filler, and the amounts didn’t seem that impressive either. Maybe that’s on me for not checking more before buying, but it was still disappointinggg.
I ended up stopping it and I don’t see myself buying it again. With health products, I want cleaner, better-quality ingredients, not something that feels soooo average for the money.
